Warranty 

Warranty Policy

​

At Heavensent, we uphold the quality of all our Pleasure Products. Please refer to our product support pages for any HeavenSent purchase issues.

​

If you continue to experience problems, please follow the instructions below to submit a warranty claim. All Heavensent products are backed by a 1-year worldwide manufacturing warranty. In countries where longer warranty periods are mandated, Heavensent extends the warranty accordingly.

MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM

​

To activate your Warranty:

​

  1. Visit our website and create an account by accessing the log-in section in the top right corner.

  2. Register your product in your account under the "product registration" menu item using the serial number provided in the product packaging.

  3. Retain your original purchase receipt as evidence that your claim is within the warranty period.

 

1-YEAR WARRANTY CONDITIONS (PLEASURE OBJECTS ONLY)

  1. Heavensent warrants your pleasure object for ONE (1) YEAR from the original purchase date against defects arising from faulty workmanship or materials that affect the product's function. This warranty does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration resulting from normal wear and tear, or damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect. Disassembling the pleasure object or its accessories will invalidate the warranty. We will replace your product free of charge for valid claims made within the warranty period.

  2. In order to replace a product under warranty, it must be returned (along with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number) to the designated HeavenSent location. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  3. For all claims resolved within the 1-year warranty period, the replacement product's warranty will be calculated from the original purchase date.

  4. We do not offer a refund option, store credit, or a satisfaction guarantee. However, unopened items purchased on heavensent.com within 14 days of receipt can be returned for a refund. Please refer to the Heavensent returns policy section for more details.

  5. All warranty claims must be supported by reasonable evidence that the claim date falls within the warranty period and that the device is faulty.

 

This warranty is in addition to any consumer's statutory rights and does not affect those rights in any way. If you encounter any issues with your product or believe you are eligible for a warranty claim, please contact  support@heavensent.co.uk

3-YEAR QUALITY GUARANTEE

​

If you find that your product is faulty outside the 1-year warranty period or if you have misplaced your proof of purchase, you may be eligible to make a claim under this Guarantee. This will entitle you to a 50% discount on www.heavensent.co.uk when purchasing a new device. The discount can only be used once and applies to a maximum of 5 items in a single order, excluding Bundles. If used in conjunction with other discounts or applied to the purchase of discounted products, the discount will be calculated as 50% off the non-discounted price of the item.
