The Company intends to rely upon these Terms. If you want to change them, please make sure you ask for any changes to be put in writing. This is to avoid any misunderstandings as to what we and you are expected to do. It is important that you read and understand these Terms before ordering from us. If there is any term that you do not understand please notify our Customer Care Department before ordering from us.
Legal Age To Buy
By purchasing products from heavensent.co.uk you declare that you are 18 years of age or above or have the legal right to possess adult products in your area or community. If it is discovered that you are not of the legal age to purchase from the website, heavensent.co.uk is not obliged to accept your order.
Contract Formation
Orders made through heavensent.co.uk are subject to acceptance and availability. heavensent.co.uk may choose at any time to cancel your order.
No contract will officially exist between yourself and heavensent.co.uk until your parcel has been dispatched. The details on our website are not offers that you can accept.
heavensent.co.uk provides a secure checkout for the encrypted delivery of sensitive customer information such as contact and credit card details.
Your credit card is charged in the name of our parent company, fl global trading.

It is your responsibility to verify that your email address supplied is in proper working order and must assume the risk of all consequences for transmission or operational failures.

We may use personal information to provide the services you’ve requested. We will only use this information for auditing, research and analysis to operate and improve our technologies and services; it is never sold or passed on without consent. Our review partner Ekomi may contact you via email to rate our service and help us improve our products and support. Your personal details are never shared with them and your email address is not retained. You do not have to take part in this review process.
Our site allows you to opt out of receiving communications from us when we request your information. Also if you want to opt out at a later point, you can do so by unsubscribing from any mailings.

Delivery Information
Larger or heavier deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for your delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if one cannot be obtained. If the the postal courier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office they will leave a 'while you were out' card telling you when and where you can collect it from or how to rearrange delivery.
Royal Mail (or the Courier Service) will hold your parcel for 7 days and if it is not collected or delivered it will be sent back to us.
If you would like us to re send your order we will regrettably have to charge you. If you would like to cancel your order we will refund you less the shipping costs.
We will try to deliver the goods within 30 days. Usually items will be delivered sooner. If we are not able to do so, then we will inform you and you may, if you wish, cancel the contract and we will fully reimburse you.
We are not liable for missing/lost parcels if an incorrect/incomplete delivery address has been provided.
Please note that we are currently unable to offer shipping to the state of California in the USA.

Payment
Payment can be made by credit card, debit card. You can order through our web-site, by post, or by telephone. If you pay by credit card or debit card we will despatch the goods as soon as your payment has been processed.
International Card Holders: If you have a non-UK issued payment card, the exact amount you will be charged depends on the exchange rate offered by your bank at the time of ordering.
Returns Policy
The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 states that you as a client have the full right to cancel any order without giving a reason within 7 days of purchase. At Heavensent, our return policy is much more generous. You may return any item to us for a full refund (or replacement) within 14 days as long as the product is unopened, unworn or unused.
You should inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and you must notify Heavensent as soon as possible if the goods are faulty or incorrect. Items must be tested for their functions and checked by hand before use intimately. Always turn on (and charge where appropriate) vibrating or other battery powered items to check their pre-programmed modes before intimate use. Even if you do not intend to use the item immediately please make sure that you have received the correct product(s) and they are working correctly as soon as possible. If you fail to notify us of a fault or problem with your order you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and that they are in working condition.
With Heavensent you can return an order to us within 30 days for a full refund. If your order has already been sent when we receive your cancellation, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund. All returned items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
You may exchange unused and unopened products within 14 days for a refund, alternative items or an exchange.
Unless the returned items are defective, you have to send them back to us at your own expense and you we will only issue a full refund if the items (including packaging and accessories) have not been significantly damaged.

Heavensent.co.uk retains the right to end offers at any time.
New customer 20% code - To get 20% off your first order, enter your unique code at the checkout. Please note this discount is only valid on full priced items. It cannot be used on sale items or combined with any other money-off vouchers, discount codes, member’s discounts or other offers. This offer may be withdrawn at any time.
All Members receive a 5% discount off their order. To become a member visit our Members Sign-Up Area.
No offer can be combined with other deals in the same basket.
Please note that you cannot combine your 5% discount with a separate voucher code. If the code you have is for a greater amount, just add it to your basket and it will automatically deduct the voucher with the greater value.

Free Gift Promotions: Please note for any free gift promotion your free gift will appear twice on your invoice. This is for admin purposes only. You will only recieve one of the triggered promotions free gifts. All orders are allowed 1 free gift per order, unless stated otherwise.

Gift Vouchers
HeavenSent Gift Vouchers are available in £10, £20, £30, £50 and £100 denominations.
Once an order has been placed a member of our Customer Care team will be in contact. Vouchers can be issued as either a physical card to be posted out or sent by email to the person who places the order so you can either print it off or forward digitally to the recipient. We cannot send vouchers directly to the gift recipient, only the cardholder.
The voucher generating system is only available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. If you place an order for a Gift Voucher outside of these hours the code will be processed and emailed to you the next working day. Please plan your Gift Voucher purchases accordingly to avoid disappointment.
We cannot offer change on a Heavensent Gift Voucher so your order must exceed the voucher value (even by just a penny) in order for the code to be recognised by the system. For example if you have a £20 Gift Voucher your basket must total £20.01 or more for the voucher to be correctly applied.
You may return an order (or single items) to us that were purchased with a Gift Voucher. We will then issue you with a Gift Voucher code for the sale price of the returned item. All returned items must abide by the normal Returns Policy.

Competitions are run across multiple social media channels, including Facebook Twitter and Instagram.
Entry requirements may vary across each platform and are restricted to UK residents aged 18 or over.
Winners will be contacted through the platform they used to enter the competition, via direct message when possible. The winner will need to respond within 48 hours or the prize will be given to another entrant. Unsuccessful entrants will not be contacted.
