Our Pledge

 

We will always try to get your order to you as quickly as we can. If there is a problem with your order or delivery, our UK customer care representatives are here to help you from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

 

If you’d like to contact us regarding the delivery of your order, please email support@heavensent.co.uk and we will reply as quickly as we can.

Free UK Mainland Express Delivery on all orders

 

At Heavensent we ship all orders Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched the same day. Our delivery times are usually 1 working day (Mon-Friday) when you choose next working day delivery and normally 2-3 working days when you choose free Express delivery. In very few cases, however, they may take longer if there is a courier issue. You should contact the courier using your tracking number, or contact us and we will chase the parcel for you.

 

Delivery Information

You will receive confirmation when your item has been shipped and in the case of courier shipped orders, you will receive a tracking number so you can track your delivery. You can also trace the order by contacting the Heavensent team on support@heavensent.co.uk

 

For items sent by courier such as DPD or Parcelforce, the courier will email and text message you (if you give us your mobile phone number) with information about the delivery day and also the one hour time slot for delivery. Smaller orders sent on free express delivery methods with Royal Mail or Evri may not have the one hour time slot given.

Larger multiple item orders are automatically sent with Courier (UK Mainland) and with Free Express Delivery, all other orders are sent with Royal Mail or Evri or you can choose the next working day delivery option with DPD, Parcelforce or Evri. You will be shown the delivery options in the checkout.

Courier deliveries to the UK Mainland deliver Monday to Friday. 

If your goods do not arrive within 5 days, please contact HeavenSent by email support@heavensent.co.uk. We will do our best to trace the delivery for you.

Who can benefit from Free UK Shipping?

 

UK addresses can take advantage of our free Express delivery on all orders. (Excluding Channel Islands)

Our International Delivery Policy

 

We deliver globally to most worldwide destinations. Please note that international deliveries are also very fast but may take a little longer than usual depending on the destination country. We use Royal Mail and International Couriers to provide the quickest and most efficient service. Your delivery cost  and shipping time are calculated in the shopping cart when you enter your address. Please be aware all our products use a UK, European or USA charger plug system and it is down to the customer to check the requirements of their particular country as we will send the correct plug type for the country of delivery address.

International deliveries outside of the EU may be subject to customs importation charges in your country. It is vitally important to check you own countries importation tax and duty policy before purchase to see what you will need to pay. Heavensent are not responsible for the payment of your importation tax and duty. Any items returned to Heavensent due to unpaid international importation tax and duty will be refunded minus the cost of the original shipping and the cost of return shipping.

 

IMPORTANT

Heavensent can not be held responsible for delayed orders due to industrial action taken by any courier or postal company that we use.

For orders selected for delivery by courier service please ensure you select an address where it can be signed for between 08.30 - 18.00 hrs Mon to Fri. Any parcels accepted to be left at an address without a signature will be at the customers own risk.
