Our Pledge
If you decide to return your purchase due to a change of mind, you may do so within 14 days of receiving the product, provided it remains unopened and unused.
Please keep the following in mind:

Returns or exchanges can only be accepted for items that have not been opened.

Opened pleasure objects may only be returned under warranty if they are found to be malfunctioning.

Shipping charges will only be refunded in cases where our error caused the return.

Prior authorization is required for all returns and exchanges.
If you purchased your product from a different retailer that is not HeavenSent only defective items can be returned under warranty, provided you have a valid proof of purchase. We do not accept unopened returns from non-Heavensent retailers.

If you notice that the box has been damaged, opened, or the contents are missing upon delivery, please take a photograph of the damaged packaging and email it to us. If you are present at the time of delivery, write "Damaged/Opened/Missing content" on the package and refuse delivery by DPD/PARCELFORCE.
